Specialised Surveillance & Investigations since 1987
Located in the Brisbane suburb of Macgregor, JFA Brisbane is a “full service” private investigation agency, which has been providing an extensive range of specialised surveillance and investigation services to insurance, corporate, business, government and private clients since 1987.
We operate extensively throughout South East Qld and have trusted affiliates in all Queensland regional area, other Australian states, as well as overseas
Whatever your particular need, our expertise centres on first undertaking a detailed analysis of your requirements before then determining how best to achieve the desired results in the most time and cost-effective manner possible. We then present you with a strategy on how best to proceed and the likely costs.
Our clients often have pre-conceived ideas on how the information they need should be obtained, but there are usually many other options available and we would be pleased to offer those to you without obligation.
.
Surveillance
Surveillance is one of JFA Brisbane's areas of greatest expertise. We have been providing specialised surveillance services to various clients for over 22 years and are often called upon when others have failed to provide the video evidence our clients need.
Many surveillance matters often require additional searches and inquiries to uncover further information. This might involved the identity of a person/s the surveillance subject had met up with, details of locations the surveillance subject has gone to or many other matters. JFA Brisbane has the resources to obtain all the relevant information you might need.
.
Investigations
Investigations can take on many forms, from simple and straight forward database searches to larger and far more complex matters, which might require extensive resources or a variety of different investigation methods and procedures.
Regardless of your requirements, JFA Brisbane has the resources and expertise required to take on any sized matter. In fact, we are often called upon by other investigation agencies to assist them with their matters.
.
Analysis, Strategy & Tactics
The Investigation Process
Analysis. Strategy. Tactics. These three words seem almost interchangeable, but they are very different and form the basis of a very distinct investigation process.
Each investigation must initially be analysed and this involves firstly obtaining as much relevant information as possible about a particular matter.
A strategy is then formulated and this determines the best investigative methods and procedures to be used to obtain the result a client requires. For example, surveillance might be considered the best way to commence the investigation. These options are discussed extensively with the client, who is also provided with details of the various costs involved, time-frames and, most importantly, the likely success of each option.
In the above "surveillance" example, the tactics involve determining such things as:- on what day the surveillance should be conducted, the starting time for the surveillance, what type of vehicle is best suited for the area, etc. Although the client is advised of some of these tactical measures (and opinions sought where appropriate), generally these aspects of an investigation are best left up to the investigator.
