Need to access your files from multiple PCs and your internet capable phone?
We have been using DropBox for a while now and find it incredibly useful. After setting up a free account (just supply an email address and password) you download the DropBox program and install it on all the PCs, laptops, etc., on which you would like to access the same files.
After accessing the DropBox account once (using the original email address and password) from that PC/Laptop, any files placed into the DropBox icon on one PC are then accessible from every other PC.
It's also a great way to just backup important data on mutiple PCs.
