Some tips on emailing JFA Brisbane

1.  Please make sure you provide a valid email address (or telephone number) so we can get back to you.  It's frustrating when we go to the trouble to prepare a long, detailed response to your query only to find our email bounces back because of an invalid email address.

2.  Any information you provide with be kept strictly confidential.

3.  The more information you are able to provide about your particular situation, the better we are able to give advice and recommendations.  If you are using our email form, you might like to prepare your question in Word or similar, then copy and paste it in the email box.

4.  Questions about our fees and charges will just get a link back to our Fees & Charges page.

5.  Don't forget to try our Site Search and Frequently Asked Questions pages. 

6.  Short, ambiguous questions with little or no information will just get a response asking for additional information. 

7.  Silly questions will get the same type of response.   We don't know if Justin Bieber loves you.  Yes, we really did get that one.
